Lastly, if it might be relevant I'm taking a protein shake every day mixed with low fat milk.

I prefer to inject creatine, see the results much faster, just mix it in a 14g cannula with some saline and hit that vein at a 35 degree angle and then drop it 5 degrees once ur in, easy shit mang
