hahah, crazyyy. I actually also started golfing though! well kind of...

I've been working with my parents all summer, land development, renovating rentals, and that sort of stuff. Got a bigger motorcycle. I went on a mission trip to the dominican which was phenomenal. Life has been pretty great.

Nice, what handicap (if you have tested are you playing off of). All the rest sounds good always nice to be able to find work with family etc, makes things much easier.

It's not because your legs are adding force directly to the vector of the pec complex though.

Same thing I tell everybody else, the bench is just like the deadlift and squat in that you need to approximate good form first (feet flat on ground, spine neutral, arms externally rotated, grip neutral), THEN tighten up, and THEN you can load the system and begin to move. If you load and try to move first, and then correct your form you're setting yourself up for failure.

It's like people I see bending over to grab the bar in a deadlift, and after they've made contact and tightened they try to get their low spine straight and they can never really approximate a neutral position because tissues are loaded in the wrong order

What's the proper order for deadlifts???

set neutral spine (i do so by pretending to be in full upright end-snatch position), and tight, neutral shoulders, hinge down at the hips while maintaining neutral spine, set grip on bar, adjust hip height using knees and tighten up quads core posterior chain traps etc, then pull

this vid is alright, you see he follows each of those steps. set spine first, then hinge down and set grip. most people set grip and then try to organize their spine and it doesnt work as well
