yes so i go see how shitty the world is but i come back and still have an emotional instability disorder, am still a half-retard anti social awkward fuk trying to communicate with people in real life, can't form lasting relationships and don't have any.

any progress or improvement in life outlook gained from seeing suffering will be lost quickly.

also, fuk a starving person. physical suffering isn't shit. mental suffering is worse than anything. i trained 3 weeks for this olympic triathlon im about to do, hadn't even swam more than 10 feet in my life before a couple weeks ago and just got a bike a couple weeks ago. because of my bpd and turbulent feelings i cause myself to suffer with cutting, punching, ice baths, not eating, exercise, etc.

physical discomfort is a joke

When are you going to understand that there's nothing actually wrong with you? Just find something you actually enjoy and use that to occupy your time, and through that you can build meaningful relationships with people. I really like cats and dogs and am thinking I want to be a vet, so my goal for this year is to find an animal shelter and a vet clinic to volunteer at so I can get experience just being with animals. Maybe you should take up hiking nearby trails to try to find the beauty in natural landscapes
