How the fk is this an attention thread- I didn't even mention my medications someone else brought them up and I have decided to stop taking them.

I was interested because I've heard many people call it a macro but if you look at the definition it isnt

you don't discontinue SSRI's/anti-depressants like that...

Well, the latest thing he said he was only on valproic acid and some benzo, don't remember which. No SSRI. At least lately.

VPA+clonazepam.

The VPA has some bad adverse effects and he should take caution in discontinuing it.

The two are very redundant too lol. They increase GABA transmission thus inhibiting excitation
