Only eat fish, chicken breasts, anything brown or whole grain really, all sorts of brown and whole grainy shit. Brown rice, whole grain pasta, etc. split up ur food into 6-7 meals a day to keep your metabolism up and avoid catabolism.
Casein shake before bed. Don't u dare eat carbs past 7 o'clock at night. Do fasted cardio in the morning.
