What a tragic life you live where the gym and sports are the bane of your existence. You'd kill yourself after a week in my head.

So usually late at night is when I get super pissed off about the gym and sports.

I just found out I have to switch back to my old gym again after just being at planet fitness for only a few weeks.

Okay so my problem is I'm 16, and constantly looking for new routines to try out and I can't even think of what I want to come out of weight lifting besides the looks. I just found a model routine which requires working out 7 days a week yet I can only get a ride to the gym 3-4 days. Plus on top of that I feel like I'm "big boned" or whatever and I wouldn't look as good with a 6 pack although I'm lean as shit and by no means fat. Just got a big chest and not as long of a torso. I also ball and want to get great at basketball but I want to stick with weight lifting and I feel as if I can't do both.. who has time to practice and do ball drills when your constantly at the gym.. on top of school after this month.

I know pretty dumb ranting but it feels good to get it off my chest.

your first problem is going to planet fitness

dont switch routines until youve exhausted the current one (aka no more progress), which shouldnt be for atleast a year for a beginner, unless routine was shit to begin with
