Most i did with deadlift is 8 reps. I dont want to fuck up my back

It all depends what % of 1RM we speak of.

I can do DL's everyday without any worry of fatigue if 50%, but if I would do at 90+% I would prolly be dead from DOMS.

been doing bodybuilding for a month, no wtf who takes ice baths.. stretching no, rolling out no, (never sore) drinking 3-4litres of water a day, 5 on training days, protein i exceed, carbs i do lack behind every day, 20, no mental stress at all, no work, idk %s, but i lift until i can't anymore every set on my compounds.
