heavy work =/= hypertrophy...increased TUT = hypertrophy..yes? no? maybe?

edit: my experience/perspective on hypertrophy is completely from a theoretical standpoint, so i like to not give much input there..but, my experience in strength/explosiveness comes from a fair amount of experience, as well as theory (thus far, consistently heavy training hasn't equated to great amounts of hypertrophy in myself or the number of those i have trained/trained with/trained around - but i think "heavy training" may be relative)

I like DL for overall strenght, but definitely not for size. Go as high on the weights as you can and still keep 100% good form. Slower negatives gave me alot of mass. Had to leave my ego at home tho.
