Nobody I know or heard of does this. If they do they are gold diggers or they don't love you.

To me a woman showing love is also wanting her companions children.

can't fully agree on that. they are a couple so he will have to deal with her as the pregnency goes on, from emotional changes to simple things like she can't walk to long if her feet are getting bigger etc etc
