dude eat 1000 calories a day. no fat and no carbs. and for 10 sets of 100 jumpropes.

Like my shoulders/arms looks okay
its just my tummy :/
has a bit extra fat im trying to lose
but so far its not working out
even with fasten cardio and someone dieting
i think its my macros thats the last step
