Thank you. I hope the notorious weight gain doesn't have negative effects. I think as long as I direct my upcoming need to feast often onto healthy alternatives (as I already eat healthy) maybe I can use quitting especially to my advantage- by turning this weight gain into lean mass. I'll post pics after my 2nd cycle is over. In 3 weeks.

E// FML because my cytogainer got here yesterday. Mehhh maybe I'll hold off until my 3rd cycle just to see how rapidly I'll gain weight quitting this substance so I don't overdue my weight gain

Odd coincidence.  I am on day 2 of quitting dipping too.  Been dipping on and off for 7 years and been going at a can a day for 4.  Generally, I dipped pouches due to being able to do them at work, so I am at an advantage there.

So far, I have had no big withdrawals.  Just seem to want to eat alot.  Although, I did feel really woozy the other day after going my first 12 hours without one.  Could be a coincidence, but I started to feel hella shaky/weak.  Just went and ate a bunch of food and felt better.

Best of luck m9.

Me also will be day 1 of quitting tobacco... Long story short i smoke bongs with tobacco.. All day everyday off and on.. A hell of alot more on lol for over 8 years. I am no longer getting high.. Quitting weed and tob all together. Longest'sb iv ever made it was if say 3 months... Wish me luck..my life depends on it..

you could also just count your calories...then you can exactly control your weight gain.
