this is an alternative approach. you need a partner for this for optimal amino acid transfer. simply fill your partners urethral opening (meatus) with the amino acids and then begin penetration. when your partner reaches climax his sperm will carry the amino acids into your blood stream.

You have to wait until the mixture reaches an equilibrium and appears homogeneous, then you shoot it up your ass and tape it so it doesnt leak out

Just get a basic Whey Protein powder.

And yes you can use just water. Read my post, bro science says you need carbs, fat, post workout. But it like i said wont make a noticeable difference.

What do you mean by it won't make a noticeable difference? You mean by taking it after the workout, I won't see any noticeable difference in my body? Or did you mean the difference in mixing stuff for the powder shake vs. just using water?
