if food is mostly handmade as in put together, like a sandwhich or muffin, it might be harder to go ahead and measure it if the workers are lazy and just put stuff into it

pretty sure even arbys measures their food. like they weight the roast beef and then place it into the buns when making it there.

iifym is bullshit,

brb training for a triathlon @ 170 lbs eating like 2000 calories a day and looking fat and soft as fuck.

(eating fairly crappy foods- still getting veggies in but rest is w.e)

IIFYM may be a good diet, but i hate how the people who do it FORCE it onto others.

Find something that works for you. If i want to eat brown rice and chicken 6 times a day, thats on me. I'm already negative about it, I dont need to hear negativity from others about it aswell.

Not sure how you're calling iifym crappy when anybody who counts their macros (or tries for a certain amount) actually follows it.
