im 6 foot 2 the same as this guy,
consume 3,500 calories a day.
Workout for 1 hour a day + have an active job.
But we are in the same boat and aren't losing weight.

Increase my calories 250 calories two weeks ago... just had my lowest weigh in this cut.

Do u not understand science. U can't just not lose weight when you're consuming less than your TDEE.

You have to understand that you're eating too much otherwise you would be losing weight, it's a simple concept and the only solution is to either burn more calories through exercise or eat less calories in the first place.
