also...even if you are lactose intolerant...cheese should not have a huge impact (if any)...it's really only milk that triggers lactose intolerance responses the most.

yes, lactase pills. well worth it imo.

if it just started recently, it might be an unrelated sickness. i was briefly lactose intolerant when i didnt drink milk for 1-2 years then suddenly drank 2 glasses of milk. but then i built up my tolerance again.

I don't think it's a tolerance issue, given the retarded amount of cheese I eat weekly.
