Fructose, cholesterol, triglycerides, Leptin resistance. Is there any pro's to eating processed sugar? Or.... I'm not seeing it

Nothing wrong with the first.
Triglycerids are in everything and are actually bio-necessary. Cholesterol? Gtfo with your 80's pesudo-science
Leptin resistance on any harmful level if you're a moron who eats a chunk load of sugars consistenly for years. In that case, you deserve it.
stop trying to blind everyone with your media hatred bullshit.
or we can go onto arguing about what pro's are there in crossfit
This
+ when I said sucrose and HFCS, you realize both of these are roughly half fructose right? When I talk about fructose I tend to group in HFCS and sucrose as well, for this reason.
Fructose wouldn't give leptin resistance.. I mean, it doesn't even stimulate leptin secretion lol
Fructose also won't elevate cholesterol or triglyceride levels UNLESS taken in egregious excesses or in an excess whilst in a surplus.
There's not necessarily any pros, but not necessarily any overt cons either, which is my point when people decide to avoid things like the plague
