I read it properly and honestly it was one of the best books I've read, it should be read in middle school English classes

Uggh I'm so full.. must.. bulk...

For lunch I had a salad with all sorts of veggies in it with a 12 oz steak and since than I've had 4 8oz chicken breasts while munching on almonds and other nuts

I don't even count macros I just make an educated guess depending on how my mind body and spirit feel. if I'm tired? Moar carbs. If I'm sore? Moar protein. If ribs are showing? Moar fatz. I bet that's how our ancestor body builders did it because I bet they hadn't even heard of macros. Anyways, macros take the fun out of eating :(
