This just makes me think of Pitch Perfect. I'm just trying to help :) a controlled bench is MUCH more impressive than bouncing with poor form...even if you're doing 10-15kg less.

looks like a bit of a mental block to me. shave 5 or 10 kg off that and get somebody to spot you, focus first on being able to push the weight up quick, power training. then add some pause time at the bottom of the rep and increase time in con/ecc contractions. then try 315 again in a few weeks
