What Do You Guys Mix With Your Brown Rice?

White rice. :P

I'm rarely up for straight brown rice. I usually cut it 50/50, before I throw it in the cooker.

I use this to season, if I want to back off the soy sauce.

Making asian style fried rice is the best

Fry like 2 eggs real quick, chop them up, add the boiled rice on top, a good slab of butter too. Any spices are fine.. I like some zest so I'll use a bit of pepper, cayenne, cajun, paprika, oregano, and this random Ms. Dash spice blend (not too much of any of these, don't want to overwhelm).
Soy sauce and teriyaki sauce in the pan too. Just one or the other if you don't have both.. soy is very cheap and easy to keep around.
But yeah, the egg makes the difference, try it out, if nothing else.
