calorie intake not enough for your weight class nigga eat more I eat 3200+ calories to maintain 155 . about 160-180 grams of protein 250-350 grams of good carbs.

lol your problem is you counting mass gainers as real food
they're complete garbage. replace that with real food and I guarantee you will see results
