I've looked through tons of threads on here and all of them are body building related lol
what about basic health tips? I'm not super in shape; need to lose weight. Here are the things I've cut out of my diet:

- Bread products
- red meat
- sugars / excess salt (as its pretty well impossible to avoid it)

I feel if I hadn't been drinking like 8-10 cups of water per day that I'd be enormous xD any other suggestions on what else is good to take out / add to my diet? I've been enjoying leaner meats like chicken/turkey. They even taste better than most red meats I've eaten

Also, I'm looking for great workouts to burn fat. No shit cardio seems to be #1, but anyone have a good regiment that delivers results? and I'm not impatient, I know results take time, but I'm looking for a change in my life

TL;DR - want to lose weight. Need advice on what to cut out of diet. need good workout plans to help me lose weight

there is nothing wrong with red meat nor bread products.'

excess of anything is bad

Even though he may be a troll, it's not nice to make fun of someone for something like that. Everyone is different and I would presume builds at different rates.
Maybe just bulked up w/out gaining a ton of muscle

Make sure you get enough fibers in. If your poo (schedule) is off track, add fibers.

Workouts like HIIT are best suited. Wear 6 t-shirts and hit the crosstrainer for that crazy sweat :)

Good lord

Red meat is perfectly fine for you
Gluten is fine as long as you are able to process it without issues

Lifting when losing weight is targeted to retain as much muscle as possible. Lifting routines don't mean shit if you never lifted
Do a start routine you will make strength gains as you lose weight

Losing weight comes down to 1 thing only. Calories out > calories in
Doesn't matter if you choose to eat less or fap 7 hours a day (hence do a beginner routine) so you actually make gains

Ear a proper amount of food and use Cardio for weightloss

Well I think you just proved AIR's point. Gained a ton of fat no muscle. I believe that was the information he used to make the conclusion that he failed.

Now I think the real key to success to anything, is finding something you like. Find a program that suits you by looking through various readings and stick to it (if you enjoy it). If you enjoy it you will work harder and are more likely to stick to it, getting you in the groove so to speak.

As for food, track what you eat. Set some goals (Achievable in both the short term and long term). Use some simple calculators online to give you a brief overview and then go from there.

I did see some programs being mentioned already. But there is tons out there. Just look around and find one that meets your time constraints that you think you will like. Dont give up early either.

This is very basic information that I'm sure you have already thought of.

Good luck.

Like I saw saying above, I got hit by a car a while back, so I don't have any intention of doing heavy lifting for a while. I'm gonna do cardio, light lifting
I want to increase my overall strength a bit; guess I should start doing more pushups and crunches/stretches etc.

How is your guys' diet? How many times a day do you eat? What do you eat?
BTW all this feedback is appreciated
