Hey guys. I'm about 5'6 and I weigh maybe 105 pounds. I've always been pretty underweight but I want to put on some weight. I go to the gym, but not nearly as often as I'd like to because I get extremely sore for a long time lol.
What can I do to put on some weight? I've heard that there are some protein powders that can help with it but I really don't know what I'm doing

you are sore for a long time, because you dont go as often.
its the biggest misconcept to delay your workout because you are sore.
go more often and it will get better
in case of weight, eat more
