you are sore for a long time, because you dont go as often.
its the biggest misconcept to delay your workout because you are sore.

go more often and it will get better

in case of weight, eat more

im 5,8 130 pounds


Im cut, but can never put on too much weight


Only time i have ever gotten really what i consider a bit bigger for me
5,8 150 and still no body fat could be gained

but benching and squating 250 and dl 400


Food was the biggest change
Ive tried everything out there, supplement wise, etc Nothing is scientifically proven to work, and nothing is FDA approved in bodybuilding.
dont waste money listening to bullshit on a bottle meant for the weak.


Start eating a fuckton... Plan ur meals.... It aint easy, and ule have to get ur mind over that even tho it may take a while.
Once u ACTUALLY NOTCE a change in ur weight and stength. Start creatine and ule notice more water in ur muscles and bit more mass.
There is no point of using it right now tho, it wont make a difference for ur gains and strength... u still need a base.


Just started back at the gym myself last week and plan to get back to 150 and same strength in maybe 6 months, after a of year of lazy as fuck and drugs
Im going through the first months sore as fuck also, but its only a month or so. Worse for skinny guys
Just food... and more good food every day

and ya whey protein after every workout of course is the only thing u should buy for now.
cuz u probably dont eat half enough brotein in your day
