I normally do it right after or not at all. In the mornings, it's a time thing for cardio sometimes.

twice a day can be beneficial if you have super awesome conditions (being able to eat all the fucking time, sleeping lots, time to foam roll/stretch)

otherwise if you dont have the opportunity to do everything it takes to recover or you're not injecting your buttcheeks I wouldn't suggest two a days

2 a day style training is more ideal for professional athletes. not that you would be able to train with the intensity of a pro strongman or oly lifter but if you do decide to train 2 times per day you need to keep in mind that your rest and nutritional requirements also increase

I work in an enclosed office with my own mini-fridge, time to cook at nights, generally I am able to sleep lots (9pm-430am), but sometimes I have a hard time sleeping, and I can take breaks to foam roll and stretch.

Any specifics I Should be looking at for this?
