I'm same height as you, looks like you got bigger arms though.. i'm 180lbs bulking at 3,400/day and barely gaining any weight weekly :(

e/ how are you doing the rest days? his says do push pull legs rest repeat

others say 3x a week, and others say push pull rest legs rest repeat

His is actually legs /push / pull rest repeat . And that's how I'm going to do it .

As a natural progress will be slow as fuck so don't panic.

3x every muscle group or just 3 days a week with a push/pull/leg routine?
