All athletes lift in some way. Football players start at age 3-4 and do intensive running + push ups + sit ups + light squatting, jumping, sprints, frog leaps, knee lifts, butt kickers, etc for 5+ hours a day. Do that every single day for 20+ years as well as proper nutrition for 15+ years of course you will have a sixpack, bigger-than-flat chest and bigger than average biceps etc.
iirc Australian football is more like Rugby/American which involves strength a helluva lot more than Association football does, so no fucking shit this guy looks amazing.
I still think sprinters have the best non-bodybuilding/non fitness model physiques out of all other athletes (or professions for that matter)
dude aussie rules footy is nothing like our rugby. If you look up some footage of an afl game, 90% of those guys dont even lift, its such a cardio based sport.
E/ And majak came from a war torn country and moved to egypt before coming here in his teens and only just starting to play the sport. He is just a natural freak too, touted as potential being a million dollar player (which is a fuck load for afl players)
