Cardio = Swimming/Skipping/Boxing
Lift = Snatch

Snatch has one of the harder learning curves and swimming/skipping/boxing are the most physically demanding in my experience.

why label stuff as such? and divide stuff into two categories.. I train cardiovascular and muscular endurance at the same time often enough.. Put them together that's where real challenges come from.
