Did the BBB and really enjoyed it.
Am still doing it but only lift 2 days per week. Doing the 2 day template he has.
well without realizing it i'm pretty much doing a variation of 5/3/1 atm (4 day a week main lifts + 2-3 accessories) but not as much volume and without the mesocycles
might as well make the switch and hopefully add more size
