Yeah :/ the arnold one actually has lactase in it, i think im going to give that one a try, everyqhere here has open return policy aswell

Use soy protein and eat more fiber.

Not sure if it's true or not but supposedly gradually you can increase your tolerance for lactose by distributing lactose intake throughout the day over time.

I'll be honest with you, when I first started taking protein and stuff or even drinking more milk, I had terrible gas, bloating, stomach cramps, shits. But now I'm fine with all that stuff.

i HATE shakes like that, peanut butter/almond butter i can't stand, nor bananas, almond milk is hella expensive etc.
