This product moves your spine deeper into your body.

In the first pic some of his lower vertebrae have left his body and are in the chair. That's obviously not good for you.

lol didnt notice that fail of drawing

This. It messed up my back to where a point it hurt to sit/drive in any car including the one i was driving with or without the lumbar supporter. Just messed it up.
I have a new car now and my back has finally adapted back.

i got one, was like 5 bucks

but it started to hurt my back after like 1 hour of use lol was wondering if i need to get used to it, or if its bad for ur back

The best posture is a posture that changes through the day. Back support cushions can help but ultimately if they keep you out of your natural position, if they make you have to reach or go into uncomfortable positions or they don't allow much movement, I would not recommend it just on common sense.

do u perhaps know of any decent cheap back supports?

thanks

I've got a soft cylinder cushion, which doesn't hurt my back at all while sitting. Can use it while lying down, under your neck or head too and it's super comfortable.
Got it at airport, from http://www.firstdutyfree.com.au/default.aspx

Although, I was just using that website and couldn't find it.

Just saw this question now, but no I haven't (in recent years). I have used back supports in the past but I don't use them anymore at all. I always felt like I was being put into an unnatural position. I never had back issues outside of a couple minor injuries, and to this date my back seems fine without added support.
