This. It messed up my back to where a point it hurt to sit/drive in any car including the one i was driving with or without the lumbar supporter. Just messed it up.
I have a new car now and my back has finally adapted back.
i got one, was like 5 bucks
but it started to hurt my back after like 1 hour of use lol was wondering if i need to get used to it, or if its bad for ur back

The best posture is a posture that changes through the day. Back support cushions can help but ultimately if they keep you out of your natural position, if they make you have to reach or go into uncomfortable positions or they don't allow much movement, I would not recommend it just on common sense.
do u perhaps know of any decent cheap back supports?
