Did u read what he quoted.. Where'd he answer anything?
I wanted him to clarify the qwaze thing. I got the 1 answer but calling me 14 is just an unnecessary attempt to try and show how he's smarter and in some way more alpha than me.
nah i like ur passion for exercise, i think its sadly something that a lot of kids and adults lack these days and i honestly know for a fact that if the world took a lesson from people like you (this forum in general) our health problems would shrink so fast.
i legitimately dont know how old you are now i was just ball parking (you're still in highschool right?). i have seen it before though, my little brother is in the same sort of phase you are now where you both just want to lift heavy and be big and learn everything you can but dont get carried away and dont let your cousin get sucked into an addiction too.
no qwaze is (unintentionally) exaggerating the risks of lifting in youth. outdated science suggested that high load activity like weight lifting might pose risks for growth of kids but honestly you see more musculoskeletal injury in sprinting and jumping sports than anything else. besides little human bodies are actually amazing machines, they can do some miraculous recovery (dont take that out of context and go breaking bones and shit)
