Down to 245 today.
Meals are as follows so far:
Protein smoothie for breakfast (8-12oz oj, hand full of spinach, I pour a decent amount of oats in, add hemp protein (22.5g protein), and then forzen berries from Costco)
2 Greek yogurts and a post workout protein shake (lift at lunch)
Dinner is generally egg sandwich (3 eggs, salsa and hot sauce, Dave's killer bread) or phad Thai if I'm starving and feel like spending the money. I'll then have another protein shake later in the day)
This seems to be working, and lazyness when it comes to shopping is why I've been eating that for lunch.
