what do you mean by "gaining fat easier"? the amount of fat you gain is solely based on the caloric surplus. person x will gain more fat than person y, if x has a higher surplus, not because he is prone to gaining fat easier.
in case of your routine, its hard to judge as you didnt gave any information about your crossfit routine and the exercises/splits you plan to do.

also, what are your goals at all? strenght, size?

I want to be able to clean and jerk 225lbs i can only do 150lbs. Its nor strength or size really its just a numbers game for me

Cf does build strength. H&F hasn't changed a bit maybe I'll be back in a few years when the crowd changes again :/

if it hadn't changed since ~3-4 years ago, you'd have gotten a myriad of positive responses to your bullshit idea.
so it has changed, quite a bit. still a shithole though.

If you think CF > traditional lifting for bringing your "numbers up" then I don't think H&F is what needs to leave for a few years and change. Then again it'll take you that long via CF, so that works! ^_^

Doing anything with resistance will build strength. Not sure if crossfit is efficient though. I think of it as doing cardio weightlifting. You don't get the maximum benefit of weights but you do get your cardio in.

I did it for a year straight, nothing but CF and eating paleo and got shredded. The only downside is I'm still small lol that's why I need to implement heavier, precise muscle movements again to look like I even lift

So consistent cross fit + paleo = look like don't even lift

Sounds like a winning program

Nah it's really not cardio. Cardio is cardio. I hate it when people think circuit training and high rep resistance training equates to cardio work, there is very little stimulation to oxygen intake by weight lifting.
