psychologically, how'd you get over using food as comfort? i find that when i get stressed i just fuck up my diet and eat tons of sweets and blow my macros
staying ketogenic long term is notorious for fuckking your body up. not just muscles, but hormones, and gut biome aswell. i assume he will be cycling in and out of it like a good little boy
You have to approach it logically and a bit obsessive. If you fuck up your diet and eat tons of unhealthy foods because you are stressed, you are going to end up stressed and depressed because of the fact that you just fucked up your macros and now gaining weight lol.
Also, when I was at my heaviest, I was afraid for my health. Things were happening to me that were clear signs to change my ways asap.
