nah

big 3 meaning the respective squat bench and deadlift numbers.

total = addition of all 3 lifts

400 squat 300 bench 500 deadlift = 1200 total.

Funny thing is my BSQ PR now is around 125-130 at most, with a FSQ of 120, and before quitting my BSQ was around 170, with a FSQ of 120. Lold

how do you guys work your way up to your 1 RM?

right now I'm doing 5x5 pretty much...so that would be a lower weight I imagine than what my 1RM would be.

depends on lift, but for bench i usually go 15 for warmup, then 8-6-4-1 then go back down and do 12 with drop set after to finish it out

I get there cause when we do weight days it'll be rep schemes of 5 4 3 2 1 or 1 1 1 or higher to lower
