Alrighty, well I cook chicken 1-2 lbs at a time and separate it into 4oz containers (pre cooked weight). That way I can just grab a container out of the fridge, and toss some veggies plus sauce in a pan and be eating in 10 minutes.

Typical chicken stir fry being 4oz of chicken + 1 cup of broccoli + 1 cup of brown rice.
Then depending on macros needed and and what i'm feeling, i'll mix it up a bit.
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Cucumber (be careful, they suck up all the sauce and can be intense flavor wise depending on the sauce)
- Water Chestnuts
- Orange Bell Peppers
- NO onions.. I hate onions
- Lima Beans
- Zucchini
The orange chicken I made was the most involved.. for an easier stir fry just use soy sauce or teriyaki sauce. This was roughly the sauce:
Orange zest
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons water
5 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons white vinegar
I was lazy tonight after work so I just made 8oz of chicken + 1/2 a cup of carrots + 1 1/2 cups of brown rice:
