Perfect for the last major meal of the day to finish up your macros. Need more carbs? Add more rice or broccoli. Need more protein? Add more chicken or shrimp. Need more fats? Add more sauce.

Alrighty, well I cook chicken 1-2 lbs at a time and separate it into 4oz containers (pre cooked weight). That way I can just grab a container out of the fridge, and toss some veggies plus sauce in a pan and be eating in 10 minutes.

Typical chicken stir fry being 4oz of chicken + 1 cup of broccoli + 1 cup of brown rice.

Then depending on macros needed and and what i'm feeling, i'll mix it up a bit.

- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Cucumber (be careful, they suck up all the sauce and can be intense flavor wise depending on the sauce)
- Water Chestnuts
- Orange Bell Peppers
- NO onions.. I hate onions
- Lima Beans
- Zucchini

The orange chicken I made was the most involved.. for an easier stir fry just use soy sauce or teriyaki sauce. This was roughly the sauce:

Orange zest
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons water
5 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons white vinegar

I was lazy tonight after work so I just made 8oz of chicken + 1/2 a cup of carrots + 1 1/2 cups of brown rice:

I like to make this when I'm bulking, tastes damn good!

8 oz lean cut of red meat (can use beef or bison fillet)
2 cups of jasmine rice (cooked)
2 TBSP EVOO
Applewood meat rub
1 TBSP Butter

Preheat pan and add butter
Cut the meat into small portions and add to pan
When the meat gets almost completely cooked (However you like it)
Throw in the two cups of cooked rice and add as much of the seasoning as you like
Mix that bitch around until meat is fully cooked
Throw into bowl, add the EVOO and mix
Enjoy
