I've lifted more weight on all exercises except squat previously, but with worse form about 4-5 years ago.
rom is only an issue on squat I'd guess, where I go hipbone beneath or @parallell with knee (required depth if it was competition). - PT was checking my depth.
and I'm not estating this, I thought my approach to posting is a little bit too serious to be taken as trolling/estating.

When I was doing 176, I might have had it in me to do a little more, but that was where I started and that was heavy enough. Also those where 5 reps, not 1, since I didn't test max lifts at the beginning.
You think you need to be on a cycle to have progress?
