I've lifted more weight on all exercises except squat previously, but with worse form about 4-5 years ago.
rom is only an issue on squat I'd guess, where I go hipbone beneath or @parallell with knee (required depth if it was competition). - PT was checking my depth.
and I'm not estating this, I thought my approach to posting is a little bit too serious to be taken as trolling/estating.

When I was doing 176, I might have had it in me to do a little more, but that was where I started and that was heavy enough. Also those where 5 reps, not 1, since I didn't test max lifts at the beginning.
You think you need to be on a cycle to have progress?

Getting better all the time keep it up! I was told not to try to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time, and based on past experiences it doesn't work haha I just ended up getting fatter and giving up. This time I'm just wanting to get down around 170-175 or so then I'll try to bulk up and tone my upper body. Don't really care about anything below the belt line I've got plenty of meat down south haha.. The cardio should take care of it.

Definitely see some fat loss around the stomach area. Keep at it!

not sure what you mean, but kind of good that many think I'm e-stating. means my lifts are good for where I'm at right now
