If you just want to lose weight, just find out your BMR with your activity multiplier, then just eat less calories than that says by 10%-20%. No need to follow a super strict diet of 5 meals a day.
if you are serious about modeling, i'd invest some time of actually putting on a touch of muscle on your frame first before getting lean.
Yeah you're right.
I am serious about modelling so I definetly should gain muscle mass.
