I think crossfit is bad.

However, I have to admit that the average cross fitter looks hundreds of times better than the average gym rat.

Warmup and stretch

WOD PARTNER WOD! Ok these suck and it's kinda hard to explain but il try.
2 Rounds of 200m run, Ring planche position/Kettlebell swings(1.5pood/ 53pounds), Deadlift hold/ Pull ups, Handstand hold/Wallballs with 20 pound medicine ball.

3 Minute rounds, 1 min rest in between round. Started off with the 200m run then either me or my parter goes into a Ring planche position and holds it, i get as many Kettlebell swing reps in as i can while he holds it, and switch if need be.
1min rest, then 200m run and on to the deadlift hold/pull ups, 1min rest then handstand hold/wall balls etc etc for 2 rounds each.
I used 315 on the deadlift ( Fairly light weight but had to use a weight that you could potentially stand there for 2 minutes holding) and was fairly easy to hold for a minute +. My parter was a pussy so i did most of the reps.
We ended with a total of 189 reps. Seems like a very little amount but it's pretty sucky.
Eat twice and rest up for my 3pm workout! Il post that later today. It's gunna be a pretty quick/light weight one to just stretch everything out.

This summer I'm moving to my farm so will have to start my own schedules and won't have the class :(

Did Fran this morning in 5:12... Beat my old time by 1:48!

Have you done any of the girls?

Warmup and stretch

WOD Did Jackie for the first time. It's a quick cardio sprint. Rough workout if you wanna have a low time.
1000m row, 50 45lb thrusters, 30 pullups for time. Got 9:08. Disappointed but my quads were fucking owned after the row.

Couple minutes after me and my coach did Death by Snatches.
2 snatches on the minute, every minute increasing by 2 until you can't do anymore.
Only used 95lbs on the snatches. Got up to 6 rounds. Couldn't finish the 12 before the minute expired to go onto 14. Sucky stuff.

Yup. Only done fran once, but my time was 8:00. I'm redoing it on thursday though, hoping to get sub 6 minutes at least.
