I signed up for a gym but as I said im new so I kinda wanna wait a bit with the squat, deadlift, calf raises and bent over barbell rows i think. Is there any machines I can use instead of these. Also can use machines for my abs I think, but not sure if I need to do more than 1 kind of excercise. Maybe something else inste4ad of chin ups also?

Im really confused on what excersises i need to do :/ Help please.

Allright I guess Ill just have to try something different to see what works best. But how many reps etc do I need to do? Any tips for split is great, like on what days do I do chest, triceps etc.
