Don't have as much time as I used to for browesing this forum. So nah I haven't seen it.

OP you need more carbs and way more fruits and vegetables.

Throw in some suggestions please? Gonna run to Wal-Mart at night to buy all these.

Diet (Revision 1)

Breakfast
- 3 Eggs
- 3 Slices of whole wheat toast

Lunch
- Fairly large whole wheat tortilla wrapped into a burrito consisting of black beans, lettuce, tomato, 2 cups of chicken breast
- 2 Slices of toast with peanut butter
- Cup of raw broccoli

After Workout
- 1 scoops of protein mixed into 2 cups of milk
- 1 Banana, 1 apple

Dinner
- Salad consisting of 3 oz chicken breast, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and 2 cups of lettuce.

Night (prior to sleeping)
- 1 cup of greek yogurt with 15g of walnuts (about 100 calories worth)

Rice, potatoes, yams, spinach, aspragus, avocados, bananas (lots)

Double even tripple thhe amount of fruits and vegetables you arre consuming
