Only warm up (If mentally felt as needed) would be 15R(+) Roman chair extensions.

how do you feel about glute bridges for muscle activation?

an olympic lifting coach i worked with had me do a few sets as a warm-up when i was relearning my squat technique and oly techniques

Might prove useful for Parsiliococcygenus and ischiopubicus stimuli pre olympic lifts, as those are the major pelvic agonists during this specific exercise (Besides the hip agonists).
I would still prefer isometric activation of the hamstrings & eccentric emphasis on the lumbar fascia and erector spinae through RC extensions, when feeling the need for MU-R pre squatting.
