Would not eat soy... Sense you are so against GMO.
Every soy bean that comes to America or grown here is Genetically modified whether it says organic or not.
GM food is much different then GMO food. i do want to avoid soy and corn though since most is GMO.

Broccoli is very close if not complete. I'm unsure.
Also, Tryptophan and Lysine are going to be the amino acids that most plants lack. So you can also find other foods like cheeses to pair with the veggies. So any foods high in Tryptophan/Lysine can be paired with any veggies/grains to complete the profile.
I know cheese isn't vegan but w/e

Ya, we've totally fucked soy up bad. And now that the USDA dropped the definition of organic to "70%", you're just paying for marketing.
what are the best types of cheese to eat exactly? i used to eat american and mozzarella but i cut that out the only dairy i have is like half a cup of milk when i occasionally have protein shakes.
what exactly does that mean? what foods should you just not buy if you are buying organic.
i think they are doing that because they really want to fuck up all the food and make the average person consume GMOs without their knowledge or consent. you just to get everyone on the same poison eating page. just like when you got to the air port they are training us to get groped. evereyone is used to it now and just complies.
