Cardio and lifting weights are 2 different things.

a 5x5 routine is already on 5 days , so unless you wanna go to the gym 6-7 days a week ;/ its kinda rough , i do say fix ur diet.

the thing with that is like, i don't get it for the lifts i don't know what weight to do..

i ment 5 sets 5 reps each, i only lift 3 x a week.

you mean .you dont know the ''correct'' weight to use to get hyperthrophy gains ? try and error lol , youll get it after a couple of session

thats another thing, so i just look for what ever i can rep for the designated rep range ? but how do i progress with adding weight like..how long do i stay with that weight until i move up or do i move up at all kekeekke

for example , after hitting ur chest with the 70's dbs for 3 weeks you can try to switch to 75 , you gotta figure that out because its your body and no one knows how strong you are or how fast you will adapt to ''xx'' exercise
