Stop doing cardio...
Start lifting learn your compounds ( deadlifts, squats, bench )
Eat a shitload of food
Drink a lot of water
Take a multi + vits
whey protein pwo

You only need a weight gainer if you can't/have a hard time eating a lot of food ( since your a ecto and a really extreme one at that you pretty much have to force feed yourself )

LMFAO. He might be looking forward to gaining some mass, but he also wants to get back to martial arts, in which stamina is really, REALLY, important.

Might be interesting for you to do bodyweight exercises, such as clisthenics and such; you will gain a lot of srtenght and it's usually useful for martial artists

thanks for all these tips, trying to get all this consideration in for a subject im not well versed in

started this morning with 4 egg, 2 whole , 2 white, 5 strips of bacon, 3 glasses of juice, some cottage cheese,

ima go grocery shopping pick up some food products to make bigger meals
