You know not the true boundaries of the human body.

For example, here's my current split

Day 1 (Monday)- Arms
EZ Bar Curls 3x8-12
BB Curls 3x8-12
DB Curls 3x8-12
Weighted Dips 3x8-12
Tricep Extensions 3x8-12
Skullcrushers 3x8-12

Day 2 (Tuesday)- Arms
EZ Bar Curls 3x8-12
BB Curls 3x8-12
DB Curls 3x8-12
Weighted Dips 3x8-12
Tricep Extensions 3x8-12
Skullcrushers 3x8-12

Day 3 (Wednesday)- Arms
EZ Bar Curls 3x8-12
BB Curls 3x8-12
DB Curls 3x8-12
Weighted Dips 3x8-12
Tricep Extensions 3x8-12
Skullcrushers 3x8-12

Day 4 (Thursday)- Arms
EZ Bar Curls 3x8-12
BB Curls 3x8-12
DB Curls 3x8-12
Weighted Dips 3x8-12
Tricep Extensions 3x8-12
Skullcrushers 3x8-12

Day 5 (Muscle Confusion Fridays)- Arms need to confuse the muscles so you don't over train

I started running before walking

If its too much Ill be able to tell and I will change it up,
was a good routine.
