thats what I was wondering, is it really necessary if you are taking a good multi?

but it does contain much higher amount of protein than multis provide

One of them is synthetic while the other isn't. Multivitamins are also an overkill on everything.

There's actually no need for a multi if you're getting your veggies, tbh. I don't eat veggies (I'm going to die), so I take a multi, but even then it's in small doses. OT recommends 6 pills, I take 2.

broccoli is delicious, with olives and garlic powder. one of my favorite foods

steamed, don't like raw lol

Hey, the presentation said that bee pollen is 40% protein.

Maybe bee pollen in excess > multivitamins and protein powder?

I've actually taken a liking to broccoli. Thank you for reminding me! I'm going grocery shopping and I'm going to get a big bag of it, lewl.

i wouldnt say one replaces the other, but bee pollen contains nutrients that havent even been classified yet
