I know I have to train a lot differently but not sure how to go by it.
The split isn't all too different from one of my 5 day splits. However the trainings have to be longer. You STILL have to do your compounds and most exercises rather heavy if you want to keep your mass as you cut down, but you gotta add isolation work. Abs, obliques, pec deck, anything related to your delts, especially rear delts, hamstrings, etc. You gotta put an extra focus on things that need to pop out.
