u can still workout just go easy
nothing says you cant
all the people here just talk broscience shit

oranges + honey + hot chocolate + steam/sauna = epic recovery

get well

Add some ginger.

I would say not to go to a gym if you're sick. I'd be uber pissed to see some douche working out sick, and even more pissed if he got me sick. Breathing hard, sweating, touching everything, spreading germs.

Dam :( really?

if your immune system is down why depress it further and prolong your sickness...you're better off to rest until your cold/flu starts dying down.

It's good to go for a light jog. Don't go to a gym and spread diseases everywhere

You are not depressing the immune system. Infact you make it stronger while working out.

yea when you are sick around people its not good.

But you can still have a workout at home.

Most people dont understand the disease and what caused it in the first place leads
them to do all the broscience and what their mum told them.

Oh and another thing I forgot to mention. While sick with flu or something else
it is great thing to help your body help flush the crap out and restore back to healthy condition.

What usually happens your body naturally begins getting rid of the toxic wastes, usually something you consumed.
The liver will first and formost begin cleaning the bodily fluids. Any poisonous substance like alcohol or overdue milk
goes directly there. Drink plenty of water. Dilute and flush ur system.

Steam helps open you skin pores to accelerate cleansing.
Oranges are there to give you vitamin C to strengthen immune sys.

A disease will never grow or contaminate a healthy body.
Common knowledge among medical professionals. It is not possible therefore to spread your flu onto someone else unless their
immune system is weak and their body weak.

increasing bloodwork through training = increasing pathogen travel through the system, which means increased contaminants spread.

errr, why do I bother with you. op- better not to. period.

im surprised you think a wellknown troll knows much of anything.
he's been trolling with these pathetic excuses for health advice since his Mizure days.

"A disease will never grow or contaminate a healthy body."- seriously? so cancer is just a figment of all the doctors in the world's imagination?
