Dude seriously, troll all you want, but do NOT fuck with the real threads in H&F. You can't possibly be that much of a cock muncher.

@roflmuch: For back isolation, it's a bit harder. Like I explained in the brain-muscle connection thread, the back is pretty much the hardest muscle to actually flex on its own and most exercises involve biceps and other muscle groups.

What I found worked best was using straps even on a light exercise and do the 3 slow sets of high reps, focusing on working only with your back. seated rows with a straight bar. Touch the bottom of your sternum. Or pulldowns with an angle and touch your chest.

@Balla: I saw your squat vid. It's pretty obvious you're not focusing on much other than getting the weight up. Everyone does that at some point, but for bodybuilding purposes, you need to concentrate on flexing the muscle groups during the lift. Your leg extensions SHOULD be activating your quads for the lift. If they really don't, slow the reps down and add some weight.

good point, everything else i focus on trying to work that muscle..legs i've always just kinda lifted the weight lol
will try that though..what do you think about lowering my squat weight and doing a closer stance and less sumo'd to hit my quads harder? cause i honestly don't care about how much im squatting

why do you say that? so HIT training > Volume training? why is volume training so popular then?

Yea closer stance is good to hit the quads harder. If you seriously don't care about your squat numbers, then I suggest you also break parallel by a bunch.

EDIT: On another note, I'm not sure if I should bother taking a juicy shit on what mizure is spewing or expect people to understand whatever he says is ridiculous.
