Spoonie isn't wrong. No carbs makes you look flat. You looked alot fuller in the pictures you posted not so long ago.

well ofc but my goal isnt to look "my best" right now, but when im on stage for the comp.

the week b4 comp im going off keto and on a carb "load" for like 5 days to help restore glycogen and get the maximum mass out of my muscles....

Or you could have started dieting down normally just a tad bit earlier and remain full and with enough power to train properly, then come last few days of prep do a small carb up to look full for the stage.

Keto really isn't for bodybuilders man...you ARE flat right now and you could be full and still be more than ready for the comp. Anyway it's your call, but you should read a couple of essays or documents on bodybuilding diet prep.

You spotted the posture in picture #4 too huh?

Looking awesome oak tho, keep it up.

Yea. His left shoulder looks higher up..he might just have a curved spine and not one trap bigger than the other.
On second look the shoulders look even and the left trap looks more developed than the other.

Also, looking good oak!

Just don't forget that you can't apply everything you read word for word. Every body reacts differently. Your calorie intake needs to be constantly adjusted during a cut and as you said, it comes with experience. Mainly trial and error. Just look at Kai Green, guy's a pro and has people doing most of the dieting shit for him but he still came in flat in 2010.

To be honest, if I were to read anything about serious diet I'd look for something coming from Dexter Jackson.
